Not happy with thier service at all. Made an appointment to have my truck diagnosed and was told it would be 125$ and it would take 1-2 hrs. dropped truck off for rough idle and miss, 1/2 hr later came back and was told the vehicle jumped time. Tech said he "was 99% sure that this was the problem". I asked if they verified this and he said "no, I would have to take the valve cover off and that would cost you more money".
I am sorry but you said " you would tell me what was wrong for the 125$ diagnosed fee... The timing is not off, there is some play on the left side of the chain but mrks are dead on.. Took my money and DID NOT TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG.
You cannot just get away with telling people you will diagnose something, work on it for 1/2hr and then tell them it is something that it is not.
Feeling duped by my local stealership. I have been buying parts here for years but 1st time using thier service center.
I will say they did only charge me 1/2 hrs for the diagnosed but the information I was given WAS INCORRECT.
Called to speak with tech, was told to callback tomorrow..
*** Update*** Tech called was "adamant" that it was timing issue, I disagreed and went on to perform compression check on cylinders. Cylinder one (1) had 30lbs of pressure, removed valve cover and loosened Cylinder 1 rocker arms and retested. 60lbs now.
Took heads off and INTAKE VALVE ON EXHAUST ARE SHOT!!
See pictures! If tech would have done full 1hr inspection would have found this issue.

Will be going here in the future It's the only place in town that isn't trying to scam people for working on their car If I could give 10 stars I would their mechanics are great well-educated and knew what they were talking about Actually cared about the person behind the wheel,Will be taking my vehicles here in the future this place is wonderful
Towed car for service on transmission (Transmission Control Module). There was a class action suit and I received a notice from Ford that it would be repaired at no charge. The car had broken down with a transmission warning light. Long story, but they said nothing wrong with transmission but made another repair which I was charged for. Picked up car and on way home broke down again, same issue. Having towed to a different Ford dealer and hoping they will fix the issue. I have not had a vehicle for 5 days!
Ran into car trouble on the way from NC to IN that ended with my RS needing a new engine. Everyone at John Sang was amazing but a special thank you to Billy and the service team that not only took care of me and my car but provided some of the best customer service I've had the pleasure of experiencing. Billy kept me updated on the work, making sure I knew what was going on and the mechanic was top notch and gave me confidence that my car was in great hands. Again thank you to the entire John Sang team for exceptional care they provided to not just my car but me as well.
Great place to go for a new vehicle. They put a lot of time and effort into helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We are repeat customers and will continue to be because of the excellent service we receive from Brad, DJ, and Paul as well as the service department. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Just bought a 2014 pathfinder that upon driving off the lot almost immediately had problems with it. Instead of fixing the problems i was told they could cover 40 percent of the cost and that one of the issues they couldn't fix because the pitiful 1k mile used warranty only covers 40 percent of the drive train. Will not be buying from here and will be telling anyone i know personally to stay far away
